Solo Exhibition at Photo London Art Fair, Somerset House, London
From 15 to 19 May 2024, Cyrus presented a solo booth titled ‘In the Soft Embrace of a Swan’s Wing’ at the ninth edition of Photo London at Somerset House. For the first time, a few specially selected emerging artists without gallery representation were invited to participate in the fair, nominated by noted collectors. Cyrus’s exhibition, which was supported by Doha’s Mohammed Al Baker Collection, received hundreds of visitors and was highlighted in reviews in The Financial Times; County & Town House; and more.

In a review for Country & Town House magazine, Kamin Mohammadi describes Cyrus’s work: “… jewel-like black and white polaroids that, within their tiny frames, draw the viewer in to mysterious naturescapes …”
